Formula
player_season_context.team: last appearance by (game_date, game_pk, at_bat_number); player_season_context.teams: every club, by first appearance
A batter appears for a club when batting (the away team in the top half, the home team in the bottom), on base or fielding; a pitcher, when pitching. Each appearance carries its own club, so a suspended game resumed after a trade counts for both. A date range reads his last season inside it.
